How to cancel

Sign in, open your account, and choose Cancel. You can cancel anytime, on a monthly or a yearly plan.

Cancelling during your 7-day free trial

Every plan starts with 7 days free. If you cancel before the 7 days are over, you are never charged, and your access ends right away.

Cancelling after your trial

If you stay past the 7 days, your payment method is charged for the first month ($14.99) or the first year ($79.99). From then on, cancelling ends your recurring subscription, so you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will review your request.
